@AmericanAir my AAdvantage Hotels dispute (Booking ID 941164434, Empire Hotel NYC). I was on the phone with your agent while the hotel manager approved my cancellation/refund (minus $25), which your rep confirmed. Being told later the stay was “fully utilized” is inaccurate.

@TSA it isn’t nice when your personal make fun of people in front of everyone, because the person is not understanding what they are saying. That’s why people think TSA give a horrible service.

@flight30986 @united I don’t need a refund I need to understand why for @united a minor is 12 and under, I don’t want my 13 year old seat with strangers and if that is the case I need to pay more for the ticket! It doesn’t make any sense for families traveling with minors.

@united why seating assignment on basic economy only include families with children’s under 12, when in USA a child is a minor until 18 years old? I don’t want to be charged extra for having my kids under 18 sitting with me and not with a stranger

@united Can you tell why your not picking up the phone to help your costumers? Hours listening to music with no luck. Front desk agents at the airports send everyone to call the 1-800. or QR Code that does not connect you to an agent.
