During the war, all the grass was burned. People in our village sleep in a simsim garden which had some grasses
That night, someone from another village directed the rebels to where we were sleeping. They came with torches and lay down quietly near us, planning to attack
By God’s grace, I move with our dog. It sense them and started barking. The rebels whistled, jumped up, and started running towards us
My sister couldn’t run coz her leg was swollen, and our neighbour had a terrible toothache. We had to leave them behind. They were badly beaten
We ran and ran. Every sound we heard, we thought it was their whistle. Even the moonlight looked like their torches. We just kept running
We ran until morning. That’s when I realised my rubber skirt had fallen off while running.
I run the whole night… naked😭
I will never forget what shit we went through
Come 19th September Mbarara will not be the same ordinary town because the bulls are bringing vibe from all corners to Chaapa League 🔥🔥

That guy that admitted he has no money and the comments that followed, for me as a seasoned lawmaker and grandfather, gave me deep insight.
I want women to empathize with this too, but this is mostly to you young men because you are my sons and my grandsons.
Society often refuses you young men to be vulnerable, poor, afraid, unsuccessful or simply unlucky. You are taught that you must provide, dominate, endure and figure things out, whatever the circumstances. And you have made the grand mistake of internalizing those expectations too. And that's where I've seen many that can't live up to them, turn to violence, crime, substance abuse and other destructive ways of proving yourselves. Crime isn't masculine. But the expectations you have attached to masculinity are pushing you into demise.
Most incarcerated gender - men
Most indebted gender - men
Most addicted gender to substance abuse - men
Most suicidal gender - men
And those are not cooncidences. Society, and you yourselves have failed to give the male gender any respite. To give yourselves a break. To allow and admit it to yourselves that you are not perfect. That you lack. That you don't have everything figured out.
The people you're trying to prove yourselves to, do not care. I am an old man. I have seen women struggle against the weight of culture, and tradition, and lack of opportunity in a male dominated world. The difference is, sadly or advantageously, that vulnerability and weakness was expected of them. Nobody would be shocked about a girl not being successful. Society would actually be more shocked about them making it.
But you men do not have that (dis)advantage. You get to suffer the worldly consequences of not having. And then the emotional societal consequences too.
But please. Realize this young men. Do not go to stupid lengths to be called men. You have nothing to prove. At least not to society. They don't care. They'll call you less of a man for not paying rent in time. And also call me less of a man for owning 4 residences but cannot go 4 rounds with my wives. And they'll say that about somebody else too. They never stop, no matter how much or how little you accomplish.
Allow yourselves to not have. To not be accomplished. That's where the journey to people understanding you and helping you begins. Women did that. The world listened. There are now more programs dedicated to women support and empowerment than grains in a sack of maize. Then the gays did that too. They told the world "we are vulnerable". The world listened. Look now. They are untouchable.
You men need to embrace vulnerability too. It should be normalized otherwise you're going to waste your lives away trying to be men.
Administrator, let that young man contact me. Thank you

Bad sex is one of two things, or both.
Skill issue
Bad communication
People always blame it on the first. But actually, there's not thousands of ways to put your penis in a vagina or mouth. It's pretty straightforward. So skill is overrated. What isn't though, is doing it how both of you like it. And that requires communication.
Good sex is 70% good communication. Ask how they like it, tell them how you like it. Tell each other your favorite positions. Find out how long he or she loves his sex before it starts turning into okukakasa yet you're both already over it. Are you into dirty talk when doing it? Is she a screamer or moaner? Is she a squirter, creamer, neither? That information will take the burden off her knowing you don't expect her to do something she does not do. And for you too, trying endless kachabali until your hand is burning because you think she wants to squirt. Know these things, know what turns you both on, know your hard and soft limits and your sex will get significantly better.
E se avessero annunciato senza here we go, sarebbe diventato: “Non lo sapevi!”.
