The Court of Chancery is implementing changes to 14 rules today, as recommended by a committee co-chaired by VC Laster & Blake Rohrbacher. A lot are based on standardizing language/formatting. The most substantial look to be those to rules 17, 23 and 23.2. https://t.co/PIZDew2KFE
