🔬 Architecture
At its foundation, ZKWASM functions as a zero-knowledge WebAssembly runtime capable of compiling and verifying arbitrary computation within a proof circuit.
In zkFair, every voting action is modeled as a verifiable execution:
• Eligibility Proof — confirms $FAIR3 ownership without exposing the actual address.
• Uniqueness Constraint — enforces single-vote-per-wallet logic within the circuit.
• Aggregated Proofs — batch-verifies thousands of votes into a single on-chain state commitment, ensuring scalability without compromising privacy.
Each proof is generated locally, verified globally, and stored immutably on-chain — establishing a trustless ledger of fairness decisions.
⚙️ Computation Model
Unlike traditional governance contracts that rely on transparent balance snapshots, zkFair executes within ZKWASM’s proof environment, enabling:
• Deterministic Execution: identical computation paths for all nodes.
• Zero-Knowledge Integrity: inputs remain private while outputs are publicly verifiable.
• Proof Aggregation: recursive ZK circuits combine multiple voting proofs into a single succinct verification proof for on-chain validation.
This architecture allows zkFair to achieve constant verification cost regardless of the number of votes — an essential requirement for scalable ZK governance.
