Big day for Delsea Shot Put at Woodbury. Sheldon Goldsborough and Hannah Nuhfer (meet record 46-2) get the win while Senior Ayress Maitland places 3rd with a huge throw of 39-11.5. Freshman Holden Roskoski finished 7th overall with a PR of 46-4 (NJ Frosh #1)
