@tok2meee @_djchacha bobohan mo pa lalo, may provision din regarding sa quorum under SC ruling. D mo rin cguro gets ang legal precedings. Nagbased ang ruling sa 1935 constitution. Muntanga eh. Nagquorum ng less than 13 in year 2011 at 2015 - so hindi yun legal?

@PhrimD @_djchacha mahina ka cguro sa basic math. 11 sila sa minority, then escudero joined, kaya naging 12. 12 is the required number of quorum also called as simple majority (half + 1). Total number of senators compelled is 22. 22/2 = 11 + 1 = 12.
