Having children is an obligation we all have to society, which is inpart ordered by the state.

If people choose to forgo that obligation it is reasonable they be penalized.

There is nothing inherently unjust about it.

If birthrates cause national concern, taxes or premiums could be implemented to support an aging demographic and incentivize people to have more children

Currently, Germany has a childlessness surcharge on the mandatory public long-term care insurance system. A surcharge since 2005, paid only by people without children

In fact, I would say the U.S is in one of the strongest positions to take that stance.

No large federal government pensions to prop up, a relatively high birthrate, free markets to adjust.

I think there are many strong pros to 0% immigration

As early as the Roman Republic and have included modern implimentation in Finland, Switzerland, Japan.

There have been exemptions for medical and religious grounds

@KarolineGosling If we measure as a spouse cheating once as the same as serial cheating with many partners. I expect women, the opportunity to cheat is more prevelant.

When men do cheat, they are more likely to be serial cheaters. Ones that are attractive to women.
