@MattDungey @steeletalk I’ve worked the polls since 2011 in every capacity - DRO, CPS, even the trainer for the last Federal election. I agree with you, system has a lot of integrity, hard if not impossible to cheat. Machines are new this time, so spot checks would be a good idea to build confidence.

Did you know the top 10 per cent of Canadians or about 2.93 million individuals, had an average income of $190,000 and paid 54.4 per cent of the total tax in this country?

Now consider this. The minimum income required to qualify to buy the average house in this country is $200,000. Think about that.

And now with the latest Trudeau tax changes he is asking them to pay a bit more.

@dylankrugerbc Forgot the tunnel replacement. Build a third crossing instead. A new tunnel won’t solve anything, it will be a commuting nightmare while it’s being built and won’t solve the traffic issues.

@acoyne The real question should be, will this generate more revenue for government, or will people avoid it, like invest elsewhere? I believe even John Manley said that the drop to 50% raised more revenue. But that doesn’t get votes, ‘Tax the rich’ does. @moneytalkstweet
