@_A_khalifa Well said @_A_khalifa ignore the non-sense and the hate in social media. This is the price to pay when going public. People who live here and experienced the UAE all know that.
@jonbrooks The answer is agility between asset class and geographies. Sell at the top of the market and buy new assets where you can get 10 to 12%. Also buy the right bonds and play with crypto.
The UAE is changing its AI data centre plan after the Iran attacks.
Reuters says the idea of one giant 5GW campus is shifting to several smaller sites, with air defence and even underground builds in mind. The first 200MW is still planned for this year.
Power used to be the big question. Now safety is too.
@IvanFromDubai Some people call it a bubble but it was rather a catch-up with the world largest Real Estate markets. And this is probably why the market is not crashing but rather experiencing a plateau. But the catch-up is not over and will be back very soon.
@Fityeth The problem is there is not secondary market and you cannot sell your token easily. We are solving this problem with a global property exchange that we will launch very soon! Happy to discuss.
@realEstateTrent Bonds are a great way to finance stabilized Real estate especially in the current interest rate environment. But be very careful who are the institutions holding your bond. And do remember you have a one-off maturity date which could hurt a lot if you have not planned ahead...
