I've received comments from people outside Japan on this post saying:

I'm shocked.

There are many Japanese people besides me who strongly oppose racism. I sincerely hope their voices will be heard.

I also hope that Japanese people who engage in racism will stop, reflect on their actions, and feel genuine remorse.

same thing for me i had bad experience with loud noises i can't handle loud tv noises or people talking loudly or even listening to something my phone without headphones i think it's more of the difference between listening to something from the outside (external) vs the inside
