.@LOTAirlinesUS Now I was told to go buy another carrier and they put us on a flight 8 hours later!!!
Let alone the staff was incredibly rude and when asked for compensation, said “you were lucky to have your flight changed free of charge”

Was flying @LOTAirlinesUS from NY-Vilnius via Warsaw. When we were boarding Warsaw-Vilnius flight, my cat was denied entrance to the plane because it was a “small aircraft”
We have flown LOT for 3 years, same route, using the same pet carrier and there were never any issues.
