Really?! No BSL interpreter for this moment of national importance, Keir Starmer?
This shows a total lack of respect and care for the UK’s deaf BSL users.

A wonderful morning in @St_Rochs with some of our pupils and staff getting the chance to cheer on and watch @ScottishDeafFA win their match against Wales🏴🏴
📽️ Day 2 of our ‘Future Filmmakers’ workshops @St_Rochs . Thanks to our workshop leaders Amy Murray & Klarissa Webster. Well done to the young people for all their hard work, creativity and the brilliant films they produced. #films#filmeducation#deaftalent

🌟 Happy International Women's Day from the BDA 🌟
Let's celebrate women's achievements, champion inclusion, and uplift each other for a brighter tomorrow.
Investing in women is investing in our shared future and the deaf community. 💪

Thank you to Peter Aldous MP (@peter_aldous) for highlighting the urgent need for more Teachers of the Deaf during last week's @HouseofCommons debate on #SEND provision and funding.
Every child should have access to the support they need to reach their full potential.
It’s the final week to have your say on the future of BSL in Scotland in @scotgov’s online consultation on the language.
A number of in-person consultation events will also take place this week.

Such a special assembly for our deaf pupils. Proud to have Mr Tumaini Ngajilo who has travelled all the way from Pomerini School in Tanzania to spend the week at St Roch’s. Our pupils were so inspired.
Pupils in the new Sports Leaders class have been fantastic so far in terms of working together and bringing the best out of one another!Positive start both in practical and in theory 🏃🏼♂️ ✍️ this is only the beginning of a special year👏🏼🙌🏼 @St_Rochs@StRochsPEHWB1 @ActiveSchoolsNF
We’ll put out some facts this week that show how St Roch’s is thriving. Did you know that we have the largest Secondary age Deaf provision in Scotland? We have pupils travelling here from all over the central belt. Two pupils travel to St Roch’s every day from Dundee.
