@TeamStubHub Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I tried the useless virtual chat and several times and it sucked. Now I still don’t have access to my tickets and the concert is days away. I direct messaged you for help and no response so far.

@RVRoeder @TeamStubHub I am having the exact same issue! The virtual chat has been completely useless and there’s zero way to talk to a human. I never want to use stub hub again!!!

@TeamStubHub I am having a horrible time accessing my tickets that I purchased as a guest. I am not getting any of the emails to be able to access the tickets. The phone number doesn't work and redirects me to the virtual chat that has been useless and terrible.
