First person that came to mind when I saw this penguin clip was @santiagoroel, so I made this short video.
Inversion is the only company in crypto going a completely different direction on GTM.
Acquire distribution, make crypto invisible, onboard billions.
Invert.
I used to be an educator - I launched a free academy a few years ago to educate people about crypto.
Only 5-10% of the people I educated then are still in crypto. The rest couldn't continue because of how alien the entire technology is.
This made me realize that educating people directly isn't what will get us to a billion users. Rather, we need to abstract blockchain and plug it into existing systems that the people we want to onboard are already using.
This is one of the reasons I'm bullish on @santiagoroel's inversion. A lot of people will be onchain, and they won't even know it.
They'll experience a positive difference in user experience, and only those willing to go down the rabbit hole to find out what made their app better will discover it's crypto at work.
This, to me, is the only way to get the adoption we've always wanted.
