I really wish my reality is different, but I am still unemployed with no prospects lined up and my benefits will run out next month.

I'm moving back to my hometown in New York. More affordable, closer to my fiancée. But it still hurts because finances and career forced this.

I do not know what to do. I so badly want to continue being a game designer but it is so frustrating that I can't find anything. Every mid-level game design job feels attainable for me, and yet it's so rare to get into the first stage of the hiring process.
