Hi Kenya and @StandardKenya
Do you want a corrupt criminal handling the most of your Kenyan money?
Pretty sure Charles Kerich - who is responsible for more money than anyone else in Kenya as CEC of Nairobi County - has been breaking the law.
He’s been director & shareholder (via his brother Andrew as proxy) of VeGrid Ltd. For the US branch he is actually shareholder himself - check https://t.co/EvxEIg6vGR
🇰🇪 Kenyan law is quite clear about conflicts of interest for public officials.
If you are a County Executive Committee (CEC) member, you are a State officer. You cannot use public office to advance your own private business interests.
📌 Constitution, Article 75: A State officer must avoid conflicts between personal interests and public duties and cannot put private interests ahead of the public interest.
📌 Constitution, Article 77 + Leadership & Integrity Act, s.26: A full-time State officer is restricted from other gainful employment, particularly where it conflicts with the office or impairs independent judgment.
📌 Conflict of Interest Act 2025, s.19: A public officer cannot be a party to or beneficiary of a goods, works or services contract with their own reporting entity—and cannot use official power to award or influence a contract in which they have a private interest.
📌 Leadership & Integrity Act, s.35: You cannot simply do indirectly through another person what would breach the integrity rules if you did it yourself.
Oh and I have recordings and will swear under oath in court Vegrid Ltd. CEO tom ogutu told me charles kerich is the actual director, and he also admitted he is making corrupt illegal moves to benefit the solar company.

@Mr_Guantai@Demogz The brief is anything to attack kiuks or uhunye upto 2027. Si hata duale is talking about bringing in Somalis then surprisingly tying it to kiuks.
Basically, 41v1 is the strategy coz every other strategy has failed🤣
Peasant farmers in Murang'a voted for Irungu Kang'ata. 'Elites' in Nairobi voted for Sakaja. But you think it's the peasant farmers who need civic education.
National Cement Company is planning to develop 60 MW commercial wind energy facility in Kajiado County.
The proposed wind farm will comprise thirty-eight (38) GE 1.6–82.5 Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs), each with a rated capacity of 1.6 MW, resulting in a combined installed capacity of approximately 60 MW
Electricity generated by the Project will be evacuated via a 220 kV transmission line connecting the wind farm to the Kimuka Substation.
The company initially considered developing the wind farm facility in Kwale county but the wind regime did not meet the minimum thresholds required for efficient turbine operation, longterm energy yield, and financial feasibility.
