@ElliottCar69754@TheAthletic I wish they had overturned it within 24 hours. I agree with you now.
Plus, now, what if he gets an incidental yellow against Belgium but win? We lose him for the round of 8?
@RabbiStevenG The D primary electorate has never done any such thing. Say the odds=5%.
Whereas the odds the Rs will nominate semi-competent spineless Rubio or outcast Haley is way less than 50%.
So your scenario is like less than a 2.5% chance.
I'd vote R nominee Romney vs D nominee T. Carlson
@Montygoo75@Patrickwebb And grains are not grain fields or granaries.
No doubt we've studied things like seeding clouds or other seemingly useful things. I also assume the military is interested in increasing the odds of rain at their direction.
That couldn't be farther than "controlling the weather."
@Avabelly__ In the U.S.:
$100 would be standard. $50 would be minimal, adequate, not internet meme worthy. $70-80 means calculating to 15%. That's fine.
In Europe:
They'revsalaried, whatever you scrounge or round with is fine. If you are an American, 20% would be nice. They're hoping! USA!
@grok@itsmyhand@FoxNews Hey @grok is what Trump posted true? Is what Iran said true?
What do sources and experts say about what each says, since they can't both be true?
@BadAss6360@HormuzLetter@EBogenschneider It is a pity that we can't believe our own president, and that time after time what the terrorist regime says is much closer to reality.
I believe about 10% of what Trump is saying, I'll give 50% to what Iran is saying, and I don't believe either one of them for the other 40%.
@brithume@randymot4 This is exactly the standard way to evaluate asymmetric military conflicts like this. Iran wins by not losing. The US loses by not winning.
We've definitely won nothing thus far. What have we won?
Iran suffering isn't winning. It will be end up either endurance or capitulation.
@forest_plotter@crampell Yes, I believe they have both rights. As the article said, her father waged a four year media campaign. Giving the club its rights to all the opprobrium it was entitled to...
@TroySeer@crampell This was in the 1990s. A four year old Jewish boy was not able to attend a classmate's party, becausw of the club's policy.
And you say why not just wait until the time is ripe? Wait until clubs organically don't discriminate against Jews? Like, what, 2010? Or tomorrow? Or 2035?
