The deal, I am hearing, was offered by the US side and includes several concessions to the "Russian position"

The exact shape of the deal is still unclear.

Anyone suggesting they have knowledge of specifics is, in my view, being "creative." we simply dont know what the elements are. But we are free to speculate, but right now Thats all it is.
