Americans were ostracized simply for choosing not to get an experimental shot.

It was a shameful assault on personal freedom.

It is outrageous that the state of NY is punishing the Amish community because their children are unvaccinated. They are using money as a weapon, trying to fine these communities into compliance. This is a blatant violation of the legal principle of “informed consent” which guarantees individuals the right to make informed decisions about medical interventions, particularly vaccines, without coercion or misinformation. Without this protection, you can be forced into anything by those in power, just like the Nazis did in WWII.

For this that don’t know, there is a very clear example of how hospitals were robbing taxpayer blind

There was a 20% Medicare add-on for an inpatient COVID diagnosis. There have been so many nurses have come forward and said they were told to just classify everyone with Covid so the hospitals and clinics got the extra money

They made even more if a patient went on a ventilator

CMS estimates put an average Medicare COVID hospitalization around $24,000, with ventilated cases nearer $40,000, and those figures already include the 20% bump

They also got more money for using the “approved drugs”

It was all about the money

They knew Ivermectin was an effective treatment for Covid but they needed to get the EUA - Emergency Use Authorization - for a treatment they also knew harmed people in the clinical trials. So they want after Ivermectin and those taking it, prescribing it, dispensing it - with a vengeance. They needed the world to take these vaccines so they could get rich - and they did.

It is NOT normal or commonplace for a county attorney to have to sue the state, multiple times, in defense of the people, the land, and local economies within that county.

Meghan M Manion is doing what no other county attorney has done in New York State to date. She is suing to protect the people inside of Montgomery County, which has been sited for over 18,000 acres of commercial solar through the Office of Renewable Energy Siting.

Now, she is filing a lawsuit seeking unredacted copies of studies and materials for a large-scale solar project (Cow Bell Solar) planned in the town of Florida.

ORES engages in back-door conversations with the solar developers long before the county, towns, and public are allowed to weigh-in. By then, it's already a done deal.

Montgomery County is trying to pre-empt that here and force the disclosure of information that's going to impact the Town of Florida - and beyond - forever.

“It is arbitrary and capricious to say that we can have the documents later, but not now,” Manion said. “We are a municipal entity and this involves a project that's occurring in our boundaries that active conversations are occurring on between New York State and the solar developer and we would like to see unredacted documents to know how this is going to impact our local laws.”

On Monday, we heard 21 of the 583 testimonies we received from 46 states.

Families were separated from dying loved ones.

Patients were denied treatment options and given remdesivir and ventilated – often without consent.

Families were callously told their loved ones would die simply because they were unvaccinated.

All of these stories deserve to be heard.

Something huge just happened in the ORES docket for Brusselville Solar, slated for Byron, New York.

My attorney and I pre-empted the incoming unlawful environmental redactions that cover up the ecological carnage that will be ensue at the complex (my genius attorney's idea) and filed a FOIL.

Since we (American Land Rescue Fund) are already suing over unlawful redactions misapplied by the Department of Public Service at Fort Edward Solar, ORES is on alert.

Well, the DPS issued a notice last night to the developer that their Appeal has been DENIED!

What does this mean?

The developer tried to use the Environmental Conservation Law (ECL) to justify redacting general information about environmental damage to occur. ORES turned around and, for the first time because of this FOIL, is telling the developer they can't do that.

Or, is ORES doing that because they are being actively sued over it?

Either way, the developer is not happy, and as noted in the letter, is confused since ORES has been, typically, agreeable to these kinds of redactions.

They are flustered at ORES. Don't discount the power of FOILing for information that the public should have every right to view.
