@itzchristunique The problem here is the motive behind the process. To the donor, she couldn't have done it without the so called compensation or the monetary value given to her in exchange for the egg.

@egi_nupe I believe It depends on the intention behind it. If the level of fat has become a threat to the individual that warrants liposuction. I don't think it is haram. If it's done for cosmetic purposes, I think it is.
