In the first big upset of the postseason, @Hunters_Bball knocked off the defending section champs Hermantown last night in the opening round of the playoffs. The Hunters now move on to the semi-finals on Friday night to take on Hibbing, who have won 15 in a row.

UPSET COMPLETE!!! Denfeld defeats #3 Hermantown in the section quarterfinals 64-61.

Note that these two faced each other last year with the roles reversed and Hermantown pulling off the upset in OT.

Denfeld comes out with a Lake Superior Conference win tonight by defeating Cloquet 67-55

Cvancara and Reinertsen led the Hunters with 20 points a piece and Freeman added another 18!
