Tiket kami Bakauheni-Merak pkl 10.45 WIB, kami sdh dari B. Lampung dari pagi2. Tapi, pkl. 08 di km. 50 sudah macet, dan saat ini msh ditahan di km. 20, di aplikasi tiket kami sudah expired. Mohon kebijakannya, perlukah beli tiket baru? Thx
