Zato so za izboljšanje zraka ključni čistejše ogrevanje, manj prometnih emisij in širše usklajeno ukrepanje za zmanjšanje regionalnega prenosa onesnaževal.

Oleg Tinkov, one of Russia’s best-known and wealthiest bankers, who spoke out against the Kremlin after the start of the war and left the country, has called for restrictions on Schengen visas for Russian citizens.

According to the exiled banker, visas should only be granted to those seeking medical treatment or family reunification. Everyone else, he says, should vacation in “friendly countries” rather than Europe:
