@mrraffel A4: It could be as simple as a smile creating the ripple effect, having everyone smile at at least 1 other person in the morning could change the atmosphere. In turn, productivity and growth increase. Checking on others & doing random acts of kindness could work too. #D54happy
@Monica2ndgrade@mrraffel So true - body language says a lot more than some think. Too many times we get caught up in our day and don't realize our demeanor is catchy too.
@cmd408@mrraffel@shawnachor Love this idea of words of affirmation or encouragement - I love to put quotes and words around the room and on the door so everyone is reminded of those things!
@mrraffel I think my answer to the 2nd question also applies here - if someone with a positive mindset comes in with an idea, it's easy for the next person to be excited too and so on. When working on teams, this creates a better general environment and more success for everyone.
@mrraffel@shawnachor I have seen this on my team when one person shares an idea with everyone; everyone gets excited, jumps on board, and the idea comes to fruition and turns out great because we are all excited about it and working together. If the idea were met with negativity, it wouldn't happen.
@mrraffel A1: I think the ripple effect is how one person's actions directly affect some but indirectly affect many. If you smile at 3 people and those 3 people smile at 3 people, you've inadvertently affected all those lives. #D54Happy
@mrraffel A2: Although sometimes social sites can "suck you in" it can be uplifting to see your support system in tough times. I have reconnected with some amazing friends through social media & for that, I'm grateful! #D54Happy
