This is the final photograph of Phillip Herron 34, crying in his car, literally minutes before taking his own life.

He was a single Dad with three kids, struggling with crushing debt of over $20,000 and was desperately waiting for a Payday loan he'd applied for. But it was paid in arrears, with a 5 week wait time.

That wait drove him even deeper into debt, and when he died he had $4.61 in his bank account and clearly couldn't see any other way out.

Like a lot of people, especially men, he kept all of this to himself, nobody else knew how bad things were getting. This poor man even had to tell his children that Santa Claus wouldn’t come this year, and in his suicide note he wrote that they'd be better off if he wasn't around any more.

And now he isn't.

We need to talk more. We need to be kinder. And we need to be a country that helps each other when we need it the most.

BREAKING: Donald Trump's niece Mary Trump — who is a staunch opponent of MAGA fascism — beautifully trolls her detestable uncle in the wake of the new bombshell indictments in Georgia.

Ms. Trump, who has repeatedly demonstrated a real ability for getting under Donald's thin skin, said that "in all fairness" he has "been the head of a criminal organization since the 1970s" but now it "includes people who aren't actually members of his family."

The people in question are the 18 co-defendants indicted alongside Donald Trump by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.

They include Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, Sidney Powell and other prominent Republican figures. They've all been hit with the RICO statute, the same one used to take down the mafia.

Mary Trump is right as usual. It's not that Donald Trump just suddenly became a criminal in recent years, he has always been a criminal. The Trump Organization is as shady a company as they come, as proven by the numerous investigations and settlements.

Finally, it looks like Trump will be made to pay for a lifelong commitment to crime. Lock him up!

BREAKING: Jared Kushner is blindsided with terrible news as one of the most powerful Republicans in Congress goes on live TV and speaks out against the shocking $2 billion investment bribe Kushner received from Saudi Arabia after the Trump administration ended.

It all started when James Comer — the Chairman of the feared House Oversight Committee — stated on CNN that Kushner "crossed the line of ethics" by raking in $2 billion from the Saudis.

There has long been credible speculation that the so-called "investment" was actually payback for favors the Trump White House did for the Saudis, like their ignoring the brutal murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

Comer's remarks come in the wake of Chris Christies' repeated attacks on Kushner for his Saudi blood money.

The Chairman tried to hedge his bets to avoid upsetting MAGA too much by spreading some conspiracy theories about President Biden's family, but the damage had already been done.

The cat is out of the bag. Republicans have now officially admitted that Kushner's deal was unethical, meaning he is fair game for investigation.

Now, when Democrats take back the House they have more than enough cause to launch a sweeping probe into Kushner's shady deals — and it seems highly likely that crimes will be uncovered.

BREAKING: Donald Trump is rocked by bombshell news as a former Homeland Security official comes forward to reveal an overlooked part of Special Counsel Jack Smith's indictment so chilling that he says his "blood ran cold."

According to former Army officer Kevin Carroll — the man who served as senior counsel to Trump's Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly — we came dangerously close to Donald Trump using the U.S. military to murder American civilians.

He stated that Trump's advisers "would have put the U.S. military in the position of defying orders or turning their weapons on civilians.”

Carroll said that "as a veteran" he felt his blood run cold when reading two specific passage in Jack Smith's indictment.

In them, Smith details how Trump and his election-denying attorneys meticulously constructed an "autocratic plan to remain in power" aimed at forcing the U.S. military to "choose between subservience to civilian control or refusing to undertake an anti-democratic domestic political role."

Carroll pointed to Trump's Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Clark remark that they had options to put down any riots that might spring up if Trump illegally remained in power by saying: "That’s why there’s an Insurrection Act."

Just as evil, Trump's outside counsel John Eastman addressed the possible riots by coldly observing that certain points in American history have necessitated violence.

We came VERY close to Trump abusing his powers as commander-in-chief to murder innocent people to keep himself in in the White House. Carroll explained further—

"The armed services were to be told to use force against Americans to keep Trump in office, despite the objective fact, as established in more than 60 judicial proceedings, that Biden won the 2020 election," explained Carroll explains. He added that it could have easily resulted in a "tragic loss of life."

"Generals would be forced to choose whether to abandon an unbroken tradition of American military obedience to civilian control, or turn their guns on civilians to facilitate a losing candidate remaining in the White House beyond Inauguration Day," Carroll added.

Most damningly for Trump, Carroll concluded that the "potential harm" of the then-president's plans to use the military should "should be taken into account in the former president’s sentencing" in his 2020 election criminal case.

Carroll is absolutely right. The fact that we are even debating whether or not Donald Trump — man who tried to destroy our democracy and install himself as king — should go to prison is an indictment of us all.

Trump deserves prison above all else.

BREAKING: Democratic Congressman Eric Swalwell gets into a volcanic, profanity-riddled fight with Speaker Kevin McCarthy — and the details are just too juicy to pass up.

Buckle up, because this showdown was even more explosive than the Lauren Boebert VS. Marjorie Taylor Greene fight...

According to a new report, on June 21st, the day Republicans voted on their sham censure of Representative Adam Schiff, Democrats stood up on the House floor to yell "Shame!"

Swalwell was standing near the Speaker's podium and let loose on McCarthy—

"This is pathetic. You’re weak. You're a weak man," Swalwell said to him, giving voice to the opinion that most Americans share of McCarthy.

McCarthy grew so visibly upset that he had a "vein popping out of his forehead" and he stared down Swalwell for "about 10 seconds before walking away."

Things heated back up the next day.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the Capitol for a joint address to Congress. Right before he stepped up to the Speaker's podium, McCarthy spotted Swallwell and confronted him—

"If you ever say something like that to me again, I’m gonna kick the shit out of you," McCarthy said to Swalwell.

The two men got up "in each other's faces" so that they were "basically nose-to-nose" and Swalwell said "Are we really gonna do this?"

The two argued back and forth until finally McCarthy puffed up his chest and threatened physical violence again—

"Call me a pussy again, and I’ll kick your ass," said McCarthy.

Swallwell, never afraid to stand up to fascist bullies, looked him dead in the eye and clearly enunciated his response: "You. Are. A. Pussy."

The two men stared each other down until McCarthy caved like a coward and stepped aside to let Swalwell pass.

Yet again, we see that McCarthy is a craven, yellow-bellied, spineless, cowardly jellyfish masquerading as a man. He's scared to stand up to Donald Trump and he's not even a tenth of the man that Eric Swalwell is.
