This is terrifying. For one, it’s summer and kids are out riding their bikes and walking and playing and should feel safe crossing at a stop sign. Also, obviously the fact that a child was in that car. Very scary. She’s lucky she didn’t kill anyone.

Locally on Friday, there were 41 new cases in the Region of Waterloo, 23 in Toronto, 21 in Peel Region and 18 in Grey Bruce.
