Today's VT case with @DenislavBoychev and @TraykovVassil. A patient with VTs (RBBB and inferior leads discordance) and prior AVR. Activation map of the LV obtained using transseptal approach and #Pentaray mapping catheter under ICE. Early LAT at the ALPM. RF eliminated the VT.

Looks like an epidemy of RVOT cases in the last week.. 35 yo female in incesant VT with inferior axis, LBBB morphology and transition in V3. Only 1 RF aplication at the sweet spot with instant termination of the tachy and no further inducibility of the VT.

Great work today with @MartinovEm and @TraykovVassil. A patient with Ebstein's anomaly after TVR and ASD with prior CTI ablation. Although PPI-TCL from CTI >100msec, the map revealed a typical AFlutter. Successful reRFA of CTI under ICE control. #HDGrid #EnsitePrecision
