I hold Chung in high regard, but based on his prejudgment on the PMs IC matter, by any objective assessment, his' appointment is beyond the Rubicon of deceny. It irrevocably crosses the line of acceptable behavior or morals. There's an inescapable perception of perversion

If a jurist openly expresses a bias on a matter, then chooses to preside over said matter in a court, any motion for recusal, mistrial would be assured success. At minimum, the #FID chief investigator is expected to pursue matters devoid of bias and preconceived judgment
