@DFDSLiveUpdates Thank you. I understand who controls our borders. However your customers are being inconvenienced by the inefficient UK Immigration systems so I would hope that your management would bring this to the notice of the relevant authorities. All DFDS staff were fantastic!
@DFDSLiveUpdates It's about time UK Immigration sorted out their systems. We missed our boat yesterday having arrived in plenty of time - in the wrong queue as always! Three cars took over five minutes each to be processed. I understand the new visa system for EU citizens is causing problems.
@SimonCalder Why do you constantly ignore what goes on at Dover and Calais. The new controls had to be stopped at Dover last weekend as cars were queuing for 2 hrs to reach the port and then another 2.5 hrs to clear French immigration. Queues of 1 hour today in Calais. This isn't sustainable
@DFDSLiveUpdates Good morning Amy. We returned from Calais yesterday and had our biometrics taken at French emigration. Have they started collecting at French immigration in Dover yet?

@PoD_travelnews It's OK to talk about pets but what about the humans caught in the horrendous queues at Border Controls. Why haven't you given any details of these and the reasons for such inordinate delays to our journeys
@Keir_Starmer How about condemning the Israeli attack on an Iranian gas field? Ending the war should be about reducing the loss of life not a potical/financial reason
