@mostrolenk I engage with various coaching programs in various ways, I have had coaches myself, and will be taking another coaching program in 2021 for my mental mountain. I also eat my own dog food. I live the life, and keep myself honest. I keep a team around me for support.
@mostrolenk AHA, believe it or not, I am going through the entire Unbeatable Mind online system with one of my clients right now. Yes, I am taking the entire online program. I never did as it is new compared to the old program I took 2x. Additionally, I engage with the coaching community
@mostrolenk 6-12 months of small group integrated warrior training Coaching 2x per month online or over the phone individually and as a group, and a live meeting for a weekend of every other month for coaching/yoga, self-defense and fitness, and firearms and shooting.
@mostrolenk Ultimately, we try to identify past issues, pain, how to move forward, learn to love yourself, have optimism, increase self-esteem, etc. These tools all help resolve underlying issues and allow ourselves to be a greater version of ourself!
@mostrolenk observe what is happening, orient ourselves to that, make best decisions, and act. There are simple things like breath, meditation, etc. even challenges, but there is also written homework assignments requiring yourself to look at your BOO, in various perspectives, I, we, it!
@mostrolenk I have various exercises I have given to people such as box breathing, identifying markers such as the tongue on the roof of your mouth or a specific saying, etc. There are processes we follow for mental toughness and emotional control to................
@mostrolenk I journal daily too for me. I journal on my mental mountain, relationships, having my daily shake, morning breath and meditation, pull-ups as I am looking for improvement in this area, and more!
@mostrolenk I want to create momentum for people and it is important to be successful journaling 1-2 things that are most important first then add more.
