@aviatorwriting Shame on you @SouthwestAir . I am a traveler impacted by your cancellation, no flight, no luggage, no contact/updates, no one answers at any numbers provided. BUT this is not the day to day workers fault! You stranded them just like your passengers and left them to take the heat!

@SouthwestAir What's worse is I sat next to an elderly gentleman that has been at the airport for 3DAYS!!! No hotel, no car rental, no compensation! That poor man!!!
