Bruce Buffer reflects on his emotional moment with Conor McGregor following UFC 329:
"I have a lot of history with Conor, and I hated to see that happen. When I got face-to-face with him, I put my hand on his shoulder just to say, ‘Are you OK?’
He came in, hugged me, and put his head on my shoulder. We had that moment together, which was caught in an amazing picture that I’ve noticed has gone pretty viral.
That was a moment between us, and it was what it was.”
My head gasket is gone. Destroyed. I had no injury / injuries going into the fight. I was throwing kicks, planted and jumping, all throughout camp as well as backstage before the fight. This came out of nowhere. I am beyond dark here. I can only describe it as hell.
Couldn’t be happier for @tyson_jordyn and @maxissnicee71 both great people and great players!!! Both chose ASU our first year here and both changed the trajectory of their lives and this program! There is nothing better than seeing these guys achieve their dreams!!!! That’s what coaching is all about! #SunDevil4LIFE
