@SafaricomPLC can you please explain to me why you bill in a very weird way i.e If I have a postpaid account and I've paid deposit you'll say the internet bill is due every 16th, but what happens If I don't pay you can recoup from the deposit, issues comes is you suspend on 16th

@Safaricom_Care , all I'm saying is don't throttle my service if you want to bill me for the same, as long as my depo can cover those days. Let me use or credit my account for the unused days in the next bill.
