I respect veterans, and this video is another reason why.
A retired veteran driving for Uber faced an aggressive boyfriend causing trouble in his car. Instead of panicking or escalating, he stayed calm, took control, and protected the woman.
That composure under pressure says a lot.
Veterans are heroes not only for their service in uniform. The discipline, courage, and instinct to protect others can remain long after it ends.
He was just an Uber driver that day. When things turned ugly, those instincts kicked in.
