@bt_uk I need to purchase another sim today to get us data. You provided me with data once on my phone last month but yday - after 1.5 hours on the phone - I was told this could not be done and I would have to call another department... this was the main reason for my call.

@bt_uk The update is due on the 21st but we have never received a single update in the 7 weeks we have been waiting. I am having to hot-spot off someone else's device in order to send this as I have used the data on my mobile phone contract!

@bt_uk Initially, the problem was that the cable isn't connected to the server. Yesterday they told me that it was because they needed to come and fit the ethernet line inside the house. This was done 5 weeks ago!

@bt_uk He has booked me an appointment for the 20th but I don't know what time as, in the end, I had to end the call because I had been on the phone for an hour and a half and I was late for an appointment.
