The 3 hottest days officially recorded in NSW by the Bureau of Meteorology were;

🌞125°F (51.7°C) Bourke - 3rd Jan 1909

🌞123°F (50.6°C) Brewarrina - 3rd Jan 1909

Before the Covid madness I visited the National Archives and photographed the original handwritten observations before they disappeared down some memory hole.

For as such temperatures are sacrilege to the Climate Cult, the BOM have conveniently deleted them from our history.

The BOM currently list 50°C recorded at Wilcannia on the 11th Jan 1939 as NSW hottest, but this record was only restored after the BOM were caught red handed deleting it as well.

And despite "global warming" and BOM’s best efforts by shrinking the size of the Stevenson Screens (from .23M3 to 0.06M3 (a trick known to measure 1°C hotter*) and placing 6 new weather stations in outback of NSW - they’ve yet to find another 50°C+ temperature in NSW
