@myGovau I need to log in via my 2 step verification through my mobile number. As said o no longer have my Austrian phone number so when a code is sent it is not good because I no longer have that number. I need to access to file tax return and access my super.

@myGovau I am back home after spending nearly 2 years in Australia working and paying taxes now I cannot log in at all and zero help provided I am having to fight tooth and nail to access the very website I help fund to claim my tax and super holding me to my own as a ransom.

@myGovau This does nothing besides give me all the options that are obsolete to anyone. Digital assisting is no help in my case. I have tried to message via social media instagram, so trying to contact though here and now you’d are trying to pass me off. I have tried to call with prevail.

@myGovau I have tried so many mornings I got through once, but because of the time difference I have limited time before I had to go to work. I need my two step verification phone number changing to access my account. To maybe a a Google authentication app? Or another way.

@myGovau It has nothing to do with clearing the cache. I cannot bypass the two step verification as I no longer have my Australian phone number and now have a new English phone number. I tried to call again this morning before work but once again the line just falls dead.

@myGovau Help me access my account I am at a total loss! Can’t email, can’t call, no live chat, can’t message through socials, where is the help? I am having to publicly call on this service which is paid for by the people who are just tossed aside.

@myGovau People of Australia pay thousands every year for these services per person and pay their wages. How is this service ran so poorly? 1.6 stars on trust pilot says it all about a government ran public service 1.6 stars out of 5 says it all. 2.3 out of 5 on the App Store.

@myGovau Weeks, maybe months trying to contact @myGovau No Email to contact, no live chat, had to spend money on international calls with no prevail, it says contact through media accounts blocks messages on Instagram. I have had to download X to contact publicly.
