@DenverLeigh Hey, thanks for reaching out today. We are glad to hear you are happy with the flexibility provided and we look forward to welcoming you onboard again in the near future! Stay safe and enjoy your day. ^TK

@united Thank you for extending and bending your policies to support your customers who were forced to cancel flights due to #COVID ... 24 months to rebook without change or cancelation fees ... #respect! You've earned my loyalty!

[::: Denver_Leigh ::: @DenverLeigh]

Well @FlyFrontier let's hope you take a stand with your customers and extend your policy for credits on flights canceled due to #COVID. Your #Facebook page is getting pretty angry ... ripping folks off is #badbusiness. @FAANews have you seen this? https://t.co/ihu2JziTVZ

[::: Denver_Leigh ::: @DenverLeigh]

@FrontierCare .. issued a credit for a canceled flight due to #COVID, but when I tried to call and rebook, I was either hung up on or put on hold for more than 2 hours. No support, no help. Then told today I am 1 day over my 90 days and you're keeping my money and I get NOTHING!

[::: Denver_Leigh ::: @DenverLeigh]

@FlyFrontier How about answering the phones, replying to emails, or responding to help tickets BEFORE the 90-day credit voucher cut off?! But then I guess you can't pocket the money and hide behind a policy. #shameonyou

[::: Denver_Leigh ::: @DenverLeigh]

@wandererurban ... have your customers been heard? Tonight I became the next victim of @FlyFrontier when I was told my credit for a canceled flight due to COVID had expired by 1 day. Too bad customer service ignored my calls for help prior to day 90. #Shame

[::: Denver_Leigh ::: @DenverLeigh]

@FlyFrontier have you noticed a theme on your #Facebook page? The number of people your 90-day policy and poor apathetic customer service has screwed over is astounding. #shameonyou @ABC have you seen this?

[::: Denver_Leigh ::: @DenverLeigh]

@FlyFrontier ...getting fat on stealing the money from canceled flights due to #COVID and a 'we are too busy to help our customers' policy! #badbusiness
