How do Iget a hold of someone high up at @Hertz ? Out of nowhere a $983 charge appeared on my credit card and I’ve spoken to their AI bots and their humans and filed a claim and sent four emails and have not heard anything. I’ll have to do a chargeback on my credit card.
Do I call the airport? Do I hire an attorney? They can’t just keep my Bike indefinitely and tell me that they don’t know where it is. And they say after 21 days it’s just gone. So are they going to give me $15,000 to get a new bike? @airfrance@Delta
It’s been 5 days. My AirTag says it’s still sitting in Malaga. I am in Los Angeles. And @airfrance and @Delta can’t tell me what to do. Do I call the airport? Do I file a lawsuit? Is a very very expensive Bike and it is imperative to my racing.

Update on my @WeAreFarmers saga- they called me Tuesday right after my rant and solved the problem. Susan was kind, professional, patient, understanding and she got to the bottom of my issue immediately. I have insurance and all is well. Thanks for the help, I will now recommend!
I cannot believe that a company can exist in this day and age and treat your customers like such crap. This is no small amount of money and not a small deal, this is my life. @WeAreFarmers He’s threatening to pull my insurance going into the holidays because of their own mistake
I am about to file a claim with the California Department of insurance And proceed with legal action, as I am a lawyer myself. 15 out of 10 times would definitely NOT recommend @WeAreFarmers
And now @WeAreFarmers Is ostensibly extorting me for more money right before the holidays and threatening to cancel my account again, because they can’t figure out their error. And they cannot put me in touch with anyone who can actually help.
@WeAreFarmers sales reps have put a hold on cancel my account a couple of times, but I just got another bill in the mail and no one ever fixes the problem. I have my realtor calling and emailing we have the two different policy numbers that THEY @WeAreFarmers Messed up.
But no one ever call‘s or emails me back from @WeAreFarmers The person who sold me my policy claims he cannot help, and will not connect me with another human. He tells me to call the number and email the place that I have already emailed countless times without a response.
I have called at least seven times, and emailed proof that the check was cashed seven times or more as well. Everyone is very nice when I call but they cannot put a supervisor on the phone they cannot see the email that I sent with proof of the check being cashed
My escrow company paid @WeAreFarmers Info for a year. I have proof that the check was cashed. Farmers cashed the check in September. They applied it to the wrong account and then canceled that account. Then proceeded to tell send me a bill and threaten to cancel my insurance.
