On our website, there is a section that says "Over 725,000 Americans have lost their lives from COVID-19..." I've had to update that regularly and did again today. In April, it was 525k. It didn't have to be this way. Please vote YES on 300 so this doesn't happen again.
"Anyone under the age of 12 years old is unvaccinated at this point, and those kids are really more at risk now due to COVID-19 and the pandemic, than they have been really since the beginning of this pandemic..."
We can do better. Vote YES on 300

Johns Hopkins has done great work with research relating to COVID-19, but the fact is that funding for research on how to prevent future pandemics is essentially non-existent.
The Denver Pandemic Fund will make sure that next time, we're ready.
Today we honor and remember those who served our country. Let us also remember the veterans living unhoused who often feel forgotten. #veteranhomelessness
The COVID-19 pandemic has disproportionately impacted Black and Latino communities here in Denver.

828 opinions & no consensus. That's why we need scientifically researched answers to public health questions BEFORE the next pandemic.
Our ballot measure will provide funding into numerous ways to reduce the next pandemic, including questions like these.
