@Omitted_Truth@jack_mardo92127 At the end of the day, both us Noelle and Mimosa fans lost. Asta will never love them. All three of them are amazing characters, with or without romance.
@jack_mardo92127@Omitted_Truth The guidebook doesn’t erase 11 years and hundreds of chapters worth of development for Asta and Noelle. Chapter 301 and 392 exist. Noelle’s feelings not being mentioned doesn’t erase anything, her love for Asta still exists and is still important for her character.
@jack_mardo92127@Omitted_Truth What I’m tryna say is, you don’t need a love confirmation in the guidebook to know Noelle is in love with Asta. In chapter 301 she says she likes or loves Asta, idk what the official translation was, but that’s enough confirmation for me. Even before that it’s heavily implied.
@jack_mardo92127@Omitted_Truth That’s because Noelle has a character outside of romance, unlike Mimosa whose entire character revolves around Asta. Just because Noelle’s feelings weren’t mentioned in the guidebook, doesn’t mean she isn’t in love with Asta, because Noelle clearly is in love with Asta.
@Omitted_Truth@jack_mardo92127 Noelle has been in love with Asta since early in the series, she just couldn’t understand what those feelings were until Chapter 301. But even before Chapter 301 she was in love, she just didn’t understand those feelings.
❝Are you sure? You seem a little anxious.❞
She smiles innocently and pats his head much like an older sister would to her younger brother.
❝Why don’t you tell Akeno onee-sama what’s wrong?❞
