#HappyEaster made 3 #lambcake all 3 are butter cream frosting over pound cake. Was fun to make. 3rd lamb (red eyes) frosting was made with @truvia which for a butter cream turned out great!

Made some Chicken Curry over Brown Rice was good and filling l. (chicken stock, carrots, red potatoes, onion, chick breakfast, Curry seasoning)

Tonight I made a brisket chipotle mayo wrap for dinner out of leftovers. Was really good! (spinach warp, layer of guacamole, mixed greens, chipotle mayo, leftover brisket that I pan heated with onion)

Made Breakfast burritos for my wife out of some veggies in the fridge and left over bacon from potato soup the other night. (green bell pepper, jalapeño, avocado, tomato, onion, cheddar cheese, spinach tortilla wrap, eggs, cumin, oregano, garlic, and hot sauce)

Made some Friday Fish the other night. It turned out surprisingly well. (Oven roasted panko breaded tilapia over spinach noodles seasoned with basil, garlic, lemon juice and zest, cilantro and oregano with a bit of olive oil and parmesan cheese)

Made this bagel sandwich for breakfast the other morning. I think it turned out okay (jalapeño cheddar bagel, avocado, a few slices of sweet onion, two slices of cheddar cheese, one egg fried, and two slices of bacon, bit of mayo on top and bottom with some hot sauce)

Crazy weekend didn’t get to stream or work on stuff like i would have liked to but did have an awesome weekend with the family. Plus made my Grandma’s recipe for #spaghetti Which turned out good with vegi noodles. Hope everyone enjoyed there weekend #weekendvibes
