Thank you @JustEatUK for not only not delivering my order but for not even providing a resolution for tonight meal. I ordered a Happy Meal for my daughter as its Friday. Don’t even bother to go on the chat, so unhelpful. They rather I wait 48 hours for them to investigate. Great!

@bt_uk Hi Ian, My mum was so alarmed she was willing to pay and was stressed about losing her phone number she has had for 33 years. During these challenging times the phone was her main source of communication. Luckily I challenged it, however what about the no so lucky ones?

Had a distressing call from my mother today about a BT bill for Which states she can LOSE her phone number, DAMAGE her credit rating, etc. First letter she received about this. @bt_uk what about #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek I feel sorry for the people who are vulnerable
