@PicknPay It's now been a week since @PicknPay advised that the Online Team was investigating my recurring late scheduled deliveries. How long does an investigation normally take, and when can I expect the findings and proposed solution in writing?
Over a month since my first complaint. Nearly two weeks since @PicknPay asked me to DM. Plenty of "escalations" and "investigations", but still no explanation, no solution, and no change. Scheduled delivery timeslots continue to be missed by an hour or more, week after week.
@PicknPay I appreciate the response, but it's difficult to feel reassured when two tweets ago the issue was being escalated to the ASAP team again, despite it being established nearly two weeks ago that my complaint relates to scheduled delivery timeslots, not ASAP orders. @PicknPay
@PicknPay My complaint is about scheduled delivery timeslots. My unanswered DMs are about the Online Team investigation. Yet somehow we're back to the ASAP team, the same misunderstanding that had to be corrected nearly two weeks ago. @PicknPay
@PicknPay Happy to keep an eye on my inbox. Perhaps someone could also keep an eye on yours. My last two DMs requesting an update on the investigation remain unanswered. @PicknPay
@PicknPay With respect, this issue has been occurring for years, not weeks. I've been raising it publicly and privately for over a month. I'm hearing about investigations and follow-ups, but the problem itself remains unchanged.
Over a month of tweets. Multiple DMs. Escalations. Investigations. Promises of contact. Yet nothing has changed. Scheduled delivery timeslots continue to be missed, and I'm once again sitting and waiting for another late delivery. @PicknPay
Update: The scheduled delivery timeslot was missed 45 minutes ago. The issue has been acknowledged, escalated, investigated, and apologised for. Yet here we are again. @PicknPay
@PicknPay With respect, I first raised this issue over a month ago and sent a DM nearly a week ago. Since then I've been told it was escalated, investigated, and passed between teams. Yet the same issue continues. At what point does the investigation turn into a solution? @PicknPay
Update: The scheduled delivery timeslot was missed 30 minutes ago. This is the same issue I've been raising for over a month, despite tweets, DMs, escalations, investigations, and promises of contact. @PicknPay
Genuine question, @PicknPay: should I just start selecting delivery timeslots 2-3 hours earlier than I actually need them so they arrive when expected? It might be nice if you were the ones left waiting for a change.
Consistently late. Consistently ignored. Four weeks of complaints, zero response from @PicknPay. At this point, the issue isn't the delivery delays. It's the complete lack of customer service and accountability.
@PicknPay Have you guys ever delivered on time? Iβve been ordering once a week since you started delivering and it hasnβt happened once. One time you were only 30 minutes late after my time slotβ¦ that was very exciting.
