@airindiain I've been trying to contact customer center for 5 days in a row to reschedule my flight but being put on hold for hours just to have call drop at the end. My schedule was changed by AI so not able to manage my booking online as well.
Need immediate assistance.

@airindiain I have DMed all details 3 days back but no response. have called again 10+ times. I did not know I was 'buying' harassment when I booked tickets with AI. Can you please just state it outright that there is NO 'ticketing dept' in AI so we stop wasting our time?
