THE 7 BODIES
In spiritual terms we not only possess 1 single body but multiple, then I share you the knowledge of the seven bodies or levels of existence. These bodies are ordered from the most dense and physical to the most subtle and spiritual.
1. PHYSICAL BODY:
- Description: It is the material or cell body that we all know, composed of physical matter and perceptible to the senses.
- Function: Allows interaction with the physical world, acting as the vehicle for sensory experience and physical action.
2. VITAL BODY :
- Description: It is a subtle counterpart of the physical body, the aura, composed of vital energy (prana) and is responsible for the vitality of the physical body.
- Function: Regulates and maintains the life and health of the physical body, acting as a bridge between the physical body and the more subtle bodies.
3. ASTRAL BODY (OR EMOTIONAL):
- Description: It is the body of emotions and desires. It is composed of protoplasm.
- Function: Allows the experience and expression of emotions and desires in dreams. It is the vehicle through which emotions and sensations are experienced.
4. MIND BODY:
- Description: It is the body of thoughts and the concrete mind. Also known as molecular body

5. CAUSAL BODY:
- Description: It is the body of the abstract mind and spiritual principles. It is composed of electronic intelligence.

6. BUDDHIC OR INTUITIONAL BODY:

7. ATMIC BODY :
- Description: It is the body of the pure spirit and the divine essence. It's made up of all neutrons, it's the most subtle body of all.
- Function: Represents the true Being and the connection to the Absolute or Divinity. It is the eternal and indestructible essence of the individual.
The first 4 bodies; physical, vital, astral and mental are the ones most humans use without knowing how to distinguish the difference between them, they are organic bodies. Causal, Buddhist and atomic bodies are also known as atomic bodies and are only available to those who meditate and know how to perform multiple folds.
Beyond these 7 bodies there are also 6 other levels called "hyperspatial planes" and there we could place the quantum bodies.
This is why the Mayans and ancient Toltecs described heaven as a stairway of 13 steps, since each step represented a body or state of consciousness.
