This is Alex Kahn aka @/batsdingerbonds. My twin brother Adam Kahn, the person behind this account, passed away tonight. He had suffered a severe stroke in March and never really recovered. He was my best friend in life, a person who was kindhearted beneath a rough exterior

My brother, Adam Kahn aka @DerangedRowlet passed away tonight after suffering cardiac arrest and kidney failure. I will have to set up arrangements in the next few days.

This is @batsdingerbonds again. If you didn’t see the update on my Twitter account, Adam had a tracheotomy today and his vitals are stable as he continues to recuperate. They are planning to place a feeding tube on Monday.

If he continues to remain stable after the feeding tube, the hospital may transfer him to a long term care facility. It is unlikely he will significantly improve but we decided to continue with life support until it is infeasible.

it is very likely Adam will pass in the near future. I will keep up hope but the odds get longer and longer. I will eventually put up a GoFundMe for Adam’s end of life services and I will also leave up his accounts as a memorial to his life. I will post those on both accounts.

This is @batsdingerbonds - Adam’s twin brother. I wish I had better news about Adam. I know many of you follow me as well but those who don’t also deserve to hear about Adam’s condition as well.

The neurologist told me Adam suffered anoxia and it's highly likely he will be on a ventilator and feeding tube for the rest of his time on Earth. Me and Dad have opted to continue life support for the next few weeks and then go from there.

this is @batsdingerbonds again. i have his phone and clothes in my possession. Adam most likely had a stroke on Sunday and his condition remains fairly unchanged since. I’m hoping for a decent outcome and I hope you all can join me in hoping too.
