I finally had the mental capacity and ability to change the kitchen bulb and WOW its how I imagine it must have felt like that first time they turned a light bulb on. Magnificent. Only now my kitchen needs cleaned

Sometimes you've really bad experiences on wards and you can see why there are so many nurses off on the sick, why wards get bad reputations for being toxic, & understand why at ✨every✨ placement they told you run. Not often, but sometimes, I wish I had listened
