🚨🚨| NEW: Tottenham are investigating whether the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium’s retractable pitch is contributing to their injury crisis after suffering the most days lost to injury of any Premier League club this season (370 games missed).

It is a second straight injury-hit campaign, with 123 injuries since 2024/25 and a number of serious knee injuries including ACL issues.

External testing on the pitch has already taken place but results remain inconclusive, with further analysis planned.
