We welcomed back our winter coached run training at Moorways!

Our track run sessions are weekly (on Wednesdays), 7-8pm, at Moorways track and are fully coached.
Each session includes warm up drills, the main set and cool down stretches

We hope to see you there next week!

These sessions are every Wednesday, 7-8pm at Moorways Run Track for both adults and juniors (coached separately, juniors are 7-7:45pm).

Well done to all of Derby Triathlon Club this morning, in an Alvaston Parkrun takeover!

Along with our winter series running trophies, congratulations to Effie Bowman, Richard Phipps and Sarah Millican!

Last night was the first of our 2023 season Time Trial, the first in 3 years!

We had such a great DTC turnout whilst partnering with South Pennine Road Club.
